Payment

We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express. We also accept Paypal, Shopify Payment, Apple Pay,G Pay as other forms of payment.

       

Shipping Policies

We offer free shipping on order over $145 which mean all hair systems in store are eligible for free shipping. Products not eligible for free shipping a flat shippig fee $8.99 will be paid by the buyer unless it reaches $149. If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, the total amount including shipping will be refunded to the buyer or the order will be reshipped if buyer agree.

Return/Refund Policy

  • Returns (if applicable)

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the SAME CONDITION that you received it. Please do not cut, style, color, wash or wear the hair system. It must be in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@rehairsystem.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with related photos or a specific video if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are responsible for return cost incurred if it is our fault. However, you'll need to pay the return shipping cost for any personal reasons.

  • Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific order.

  • Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 2-4 weeks for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. In most case it only takes a couple of days.

  • Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or made.

Once your order has been shipped, or is on its way to you, it cannot be canceled. If you don’t want it anymore, please follow our return policy to return your order.

You will get full refund if the order is cancelled. Please note that custom orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
